Prosciutto-wrapped chicken with parmesan polenta and roasted brussels sprouts.

Porterhouse steak cooked to medium and served with chimichurri, roasted vine tomatoes and roasted rosemary sea salt potatoes.

Vegetarian option:

Butter roasted pumpkin, persian feta custard, charred bell peppers and pesto. garnished with micro watercress and lemon dressing.
